My assemblage work reflects a studio practice rooted in experimentation, play, storytelling, and wonder—some of the qualities I value most as an artist. Using everyday objects such as old tools, antique wood forms, and textiles expands my palette to countless possibilities and sensations, allowing me to discover how metaphorical symbols and emotions reveal themselves through an object’s form, texture, color, and composition.
